How Does It Work?

1. Start with a health and fitness assessment

Start with a one-to-one session with your Personal Trainer to set your goals and how to work towards them. PTs help you to achieve your health and fitness goals, such as building strength, managing weight, rehabilitation after an injury or sport specific goals.

2. Get a tailored fitness and nutrition plan

Our Personal Trainers will schedule your sessions with you and give you a fully tailored workout and nutrition plan. Your PT will focus on you, your individual goals, capabilities and level of fitness to help you get the most out of your gym experience.

How long you need a PT will depend on your goal. If you're new to the gym or want to learn specific equipment, you'll need less time than if you're training to boost performance or preparing for a competition, race etc.

3. Move better. Feel better. Perform better.

Start working with your Personal Trainer, learn the basics and how to make the most of your gym membership to start working towards your goals.
